Star ratings in a confusing order

rating_chart should show how many ratings of each value (0.5 to 5 stars, in half stars) a film received, as bars from the lowest rating on the left to the highest on the right. Readers complain the bars jump around: 4.0, 3.5, 5.0, … Fix it so the ratings run in order. Ratings nobody gave don't need a bar.
