Grouped bars of revenue by month and channel

Write channel_month_chart(orders): from a DataFrame with month (YYYY-MM), channel and total, draw grouped bars with one group per month (in date order), one bar per channel inside each group (channels A to Z, named in the legend), heights = revenue (0 where a channel sold nothing that month). Title it Revenue by month and channel and return the Figure.
