Upgrade review 3: time from checkout to subscription
For Q2 2025 checkouts that were followed by a subscription within 24 hours, measure minutes from checkout to the first such subscription. Return conversions, avg_minutes and p90_minutes (the smallest delay at or above the 90th percentile by position: row ceil(0.9 × n)), each rounded to 1 decimal.
