Move a complaint from new, to assigned, to closed, and keep a log. The assignments are simulated.

The project

Simulated. These three cases are not real complaints, and assigning one does not notify anyone. A case moves from new, to assigned, to closed. A closed case cannot be assigned, and a case that is still new cannot be closed. Every close writes one audit line.
